A. Free Ebooks (Repository Content):

All Ebooks published by INDIAN NEWS RECORDS and offered on this website are derived from public domain content and are provided to the user completely free of charge.

  • No Charge: Because there is no financial transaction required to access or download our Free Ebooks, no refund or cancellation policy applies to the digital content itself.
2. Voluntary Contributions and Donations
A. Nature of Contributions

Any financial support received by INDIAN NEWS RECORDS is in the form of a voluntary contribution or gift. These funds are provided by individuals who appreciate our mission and have chosen to support the ongoing operational goals and resources of the Individual Enterprise.

Note on Designation: These contributions are accepted as the Individual Enterprise’s income and are not classified as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Non-Refundable

As a voluntary contribution intended solely to support the Individual Enterprise’s mission and ongoing operational costs (such as server maintenance, curation, and research efforts), all contributions and financial gifts are considered final and non-refundable.

Finality of Transaction

When you choose to make a voluntary contribution, you acknowledge that the funds are provided as unconditional financial support for the Enterprise, and that the transaction is final and irreversible.

3. Payment Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

While contributions are generally non-refundable, we understand that genuine errors can occur.

A. Duplicate or Accidental Contributions:

If you believe a contribution was made in error (e.g., a duplicate transaction due to a technical glitch), you may contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction.

  • Process: To request a review for a potential accidental refund, please send an email to founder@indiannewsrecords.com with the following information:
  • Your Name and Contact Information.
    • The Date(s) and Amount(s) of the contribution(s).
    • Proof of Transaction (e.g., transaction ID or bank statement screenshot).
    • A brief explanation of the error.
  • Timeline for Review and Refund: Upon receiving a request with sufficient proof, we will investigate the claim. If we confirm a genuine, unintended error (such as a system-induced duplicate charge), we will process the refund.
  • The refunds will be processed within 7 days, following an investigation of the claim and a determination that the reason is genuine.
